The DNA of e-BO Enterprises

e-BO Enterprises works in small teams with short decision lines. Our business culture is explicitly young and dynamic. We apply a ‘no-nonsense’ approach.

We also apply this approach in our application procedure. Sometimes, it can go very fast. Usually, it consists of 4 parts, but the order could change sometimes:

  1. An interview with your future supervisor and/or our CEO
  2. A technical test and/or an interview with a future colleague
  3. A personality test
  4. An interview with our staff manager

We don’t require that you immediately start a formal application procedure. Our door will always be open for you if you want an informal introductory meeting with a guided company tour. During this meeting, we will give you more details about working at e-BO. This will help you to decide whether you want to set forth the application procedure..

    After my engineering internship I could immediately start working as a front end developer at EBO. I make the screens more user friendly and accessible for the end user and in the meantime I also participate in the marketing team. Working at EBO is still exciting for me every day: there is a strong ‘forward’ vibe in the company and the colleagues help each other out. Every 4 months EBO organizes a team meeting for us where we meet with all colleagues and find out how EBO is doing, what projects are coming up, etc. Pre-corona we end this meeting with an (extensive) snack and a drink; not right now. After such a team event everyone knows what we can each contribute to further develop EBO together and that motivates us.
