A 2nd site is being developed in Ostend. Of which approximately 4500 m² of offices and approximately 1000 m² of workshops. In addition, there will be a parking of 2000 m². The office part consists of offices, laboratories, warehouses, demo rooms, multipurpose rooms, fitness, etc.
The goal must be to build an almost energy-neutral building, by maximising the use of sustainable and energy-efficient techniques such as geothermal energy, heat pump boilers, home automation lighting, solar control glass, screens, etc.
